Hands-on, in-context support that complements coaching calls. Joanne comes to your classroom to observe, model, and provide direct feedback to your team.

  • At least 30 minutes of mentor teaching to model strategies in action
  • One-on-one discussion with the teacher or lead educator
  • Specific feedback and concrete suggestions for next steps
