Busy Bees Early Childhood Learning ("we", "Joanne McMahon") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our site, we may collect: your name and email address (waitlist sign-ups, contact forms, class enrolment); your child's name and age (class enrolment, so Joanne can tailor each session); your mailing address (Pre-Scissor Skills orders, for shipping the supply package); and, for gift certificates, the purchaser's name and email plus the recipient's name and your gift message. We do not collect or store payment card information directly — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.

How we use your information

We use your information to: confirm and manage class enrolments; send confirmation, reminder, and gift certificate emails; ship physical orders to your address; respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms; and notify you when you've asked to join a waitlist. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third-party services we use

To run this site and deliver our classes, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure storage of enrolment, order, and contact information, Formspree for processing contact form submissions, and Zoom for delivering live classes. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or your child's information, at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
